Note that ROMs are illegal, and in the ROM of Pokemon Yellow, you can not hear the voice of Pikachu, not ROM. You also need an emulator that is available here:

But if you did not Visual Boy Advance can always keep track of and a copy of Pokemon Yellow ROM.
